Support Office
Our Store Support Office (SSO) in Auckland is home to more than 700 team members working within our marketing, digital, buying and planning and IT teams. It’s also home to our HR, Finance, Contact Centres and Leadership teams. Whichever role you join us in, you can help shape the future of TWG.
Whilst our office plays an important role for team collaboration, we've embraced hybrid working that supports achieving our goals & targets as a business alongside our team members commitments & responsibilities outside of work.

Distribution Centres
At the heart of our success is our network of Distribution Centres. They are vital in keeping our stores well stocked and delivering fast orders to our online customers. We have 2 distribution centres across the country with our main site in South Auckland. Whichever DC you join, you'll be working behind the scenes to support and enable an exceptional customer experience.

Contact Centres
Our diverse team of just over 60 Customer Care team members sit across 3 sites including Northcote and Wiri, (in Auckland) as well as Melville (in Hamilton). Mark Stirton - Group CEO
Mark joined The Warehouse Group as Chief Financial Officer in April 2024 and promoted to Group CEO in August 2025.
Before joining the Group, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at Mr Price Group in South Africa, one of the largest retailers there with over 2,700 stores. He is a qualified CA (SA) and FCMA with multiple MBA's in accounting and finance, digital business, as well as business administration and management from global universities, including the University of Barcelona.
